Samantha Cowing's Online Review Report Card

Truly disappointed with this doctor. She refused to see me because I had a common cough. Not all coughs mean its covid! And she should know that as a doctor!! Ive been coming down from a common cold but I’ve had a persistent cough and an ear infection. I went in to see not only if she’d help me with that but also see if she was a right fit for me as a pcp! Turns out she isnt and never will be! I told the nurse, who had an attitude as soon as she heard one little cough from me, that I hadn’t been feeling like myself in the past year since i had covid last year. Ive been struggling with my health and she even saw how high my blood pressure was!! They obviously didn’t care enough since she refused to see me. They had some kind of office personnel come in and tell me that she couldn't see me. They even called me before she came in to tell me, they were probably calling to tell me over the phone. NO ONE WANTS TO BE TREATED LIKE THEYRE THE PLAGUE. and thats what this doctor and her staff did!! Never coming here again. Beaumonts healthcare professionals are the worst ever. Its not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Beaumont.

Dr. Cowing has made me feel incredibly comfortable, I’ve had a hard time finding a doctor that I feel safe and comfortable with. Everyone in the office is super friendly! Each visit, I didn’t have a wait. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Cowing is very thorough in what she does and is very proactive. I'm learning a lot about my health no one has found and I feel very comfortable with her. You can tell she truly wants the best for her patients.

I absolutely love this doctor. She is my favorite doctor I've had for as long as I can remember. My health went down hill bad just before I started seeing her and she is helping me out above and beyond any other doctor I've been to . She actually took my phone call at around 10:00 PM on a Saturday night . She has been on time for every one of my appointments no waiting hours in the waiting room.i just can't say enough good things about her. So I hoping I can keep her as my primary Care doctor from now on.

One of the best family practice physicians I’ve encountered. Beautiful, new (opened December 2020) Beaumont facility in downtown Royal Oak. Dr. Cowing spent 90 minutes reviewing and going over every issue of my elderly father’s long, complicated medical history. She is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. She is open to questions and ensures a patient understands any complex issues. She thoroughly documents details of the visit for review afterward. My father and I were very pleased with his first visit.
