Ayad Jazrawi's Online Review Report Card

I take my dad in here. Look I don't have any complain about doctor. Only complain is about front desk. What's the point of appointment when you come before your appointment time and still wait for about 1-2 hour. This is ridiculous. People have other work to do. They ain't got time to sit down for all day. They need to stop doing this. Appointment is appointment. Otherwise, what's the point of appointment.

Our family called this doctor for an urgent heart matter. We tried several times repeatedly at the request of our oncologist, spoke with his staff directly and paged him, and he never responded. Unfortunately, our loved one then had to be admitted to ER, and he did not respond to our family until a week later. He came to the hospital to see our loved one late at night as well unlike other healthcare providers. Very unhappy with his lack of communication.

Long waiting on both on the phone and in the office when I take my parents for check up. They have very little space for patients and not enough chairs to sit. I am just not really satisfied with this office!!

This is the best doctor. Very caring and compassionate. Has a lot of knowledge. My dad has been seeing doctor Jazrawi for over 7 years now. Great staff, very clean atmosphere.

Excellent doctor! Horrible staff. They are not professional at all and they shared info regarding my mom. I have Noreen on tape laughing and telling me about the Tuesday November 2, 2021 conversation that transpired amongst them while she's laughing. I would recommend the doctor, but caution people about the staff. Jehan is never in the office and when she is she does not want to address anything. In fact, it was Jehan who shared the info. HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER!!

He treated my husband from May, 2019 till August, 2019. Dr. Jazrawi is an amazing doctor! He did procedures on my husband when our doctors in northern Michigan would not touch my husband because he was too high of a risk. They did not want their numbers ruined! He helped my husband to survive longer than expected. I only wish we would have traveled downstate a year earlier to give my husband a bettw fighting chance. Dr jazrawi gave my husband hope and gave him excellent care! The hospital staff also had high respect for Dr. Jazrawi. He is a very dedicated doctor!

Smart and Great Dr

Sorry the two people that wrote the bad reviews had a bad experience, but Dr. Jazrawi saved my husband's life a year ago. Went thru ER with a heart attack, all 4 major arteries blocked 99%, did stints. Over a year later my 62 year old, healthy, not overweight, non-smoking husband is still with his family. It's hereditary. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude and thanks to Dr. Jazrawi, he was professional, quick thinking, polite and informative. Knew exactly what to do and did it, thanks to him again for being at the right place and time to save my husband's life!
