The Village of East Harbor provided an exceptional rehab experience. Dr Adair was present, attentive, and very responsive toward my rehab needs. He led the entire health care team, co-ordinating my weekly plans with all the professionals involved. Meeting with him was a bright part of my week as he provided me with the information relative to my progress and his humor. You just can’t get better care from your doc.The PT, Brenda and OT, Jessica are miracle workers. They were present every day with empathy, support, and most importantly the exercises necessary for my progress. Each week I became stronger and stronger. Each week closer and closer to going home. Each week closer to independence. When I believed I couldn’t they believed I could and every time they were right. I can’t thank them enough.The Nurses are wonderful. Caring and kind, yes, but with all they have to do they always found time to resolve my issue. Thank you to you all, unit nurses and management.The daily care, the hands on care, the people you see every day, all day and all night are the CNAs. OMG, these women are remarkable. The Village does an exceptional job hiring CNAs for rehab. These womenare skilled, attentive, & generous with their time and quick to provide exceptional care as needed. Hold on to them Village, they are worth their weight in gold! They work hard, provide a sense of humor to a situation for which no one would ask to have. The call-light was always answered quickly, they could not have been more helpful. I am thankful to them and won’t soon forget them.Last but not least I owe thanks for the highly competent administrative team. You co-ordinated all the complications of my stay. Thank you.Thanks to all of you.

Had to come here for a job physical.. Got here at 8 am when they open.. Been here for over 2 hours so far... Have yet to see a doctor for this... Horrible place to go... You would die of pain if you were here for a injury or illness. I will never come here again..

Very poor services waiting in a waiting room for an hour and people who just walked in go i before me we call that rude and i wouldn't even give you a star. Fix your system
