I was on vacation when I developed severe back pain I was given an appointment the day I got back x-rays were done that same day and I met with the doctor. The MRI was ordered for the following day and injections with medications were given to insure some pain relief.

I called to make an appointment. After getting my information, the receptionist asked me to hold for so that she get some information and put me on hold. I waited for while and she never came back to me. I hung up assuming that she will call me back with information. However, after 30 minute, she still did not return my call.
