Dr. Iacobelli is the best! He’s my doctor now, but I first met him through my father when he was fighting his rare case of melanoma. Dr. Iacobelli explained things so well. Even drawing pictures on an easel board to aid in our understanding of his situation and his pending surgery. At that time he saved his life. And since I’m now a patient of his, only seeing him annually for check ups, I am sure to thank him every time I see him. He truly listens and cares for his patients. Dr Iacobelli is very professional and takes his time explaining your options and making sure you understand. I'm sure he is an excellent teacher as well

Dr Iacobelli removed some moles from my face years ago. I have no scars. He was professional, friendly and caring. I highly recommend him.

Great doctor, great staff. He told me stellara is stellar and it was. I spent 5 years trying different topical and treatments. I have never felt better about my psoriasis.

So far I wasn't very impressed. It took weeks to get in and because a lot of my normal huge acne wasn't present (I had an acid peel, a purge, then a moment of relief) don't think I could get a correct diagnostics. (Been to a previous dermatologist who said I suffered from two things) we didn't discuss how some of the acne has been on my face for months, how sometimes I'll have clear skin one day and the next wake up with like 5 huge nodules, how some of the acne will be as big as a nickel (thanks Murad spots relief trwatment for drying those suckers up) AND so much more. I've struggled with acne since I was 13. I am now 24. 24 acne is not just "normal" acne. This 3 minute encounter was very rushed, rude, and left me with questions just to be told that her assistant would answer my questions as she's scrambling to get out the door. However this comment is subject to change if what she prescribed me helps. A little update 1/17/19 Because she was rushing out the door during the visit and not taking me seriously she also didn't mention that the cream she prescribed me is well known to make people purge. I changed dermatologists this year and found out my mole that was not a concern, to this office, was basal cell. Glad I switched.

Do NOT believe Facebook reviews for Derma Spa! Elena DELETES honest but negative reviews which would explain the much higher rating on Facebook than on other websites!!! This review is NOT regarding the doctors but the office manager of the spa! Dr. I is AMAZING at what he does and I would give him 5 Stars! This review is about the office mgr Renee who, unbeknownst to her, I could see her face in the mirror behind the reception desk yesterday as she whispered and rolled her eyes about patients! Renee, office mgr of Derma Spa, has the worst management skills I've ever witnessed! While in the reception area, I witnessed Renee spend over two minutes mouthing (not even whispering) about a customers to other employees while the reception area is full of customers and also turn and roll her eyes after saying hello to a customer! At a previous visit for my daughter, I witnessed Renee yell at an employee in front of a full reception area! If you need to yell at an employee, take it in the back - it makes customers and other employees uncomfortable! Additionally, if you need to spend over two minutes mouthing - TAKE IT IN THE BACK! I did call to complain today but it appears the office mgr over both the Dermotology side and Derma Spa wants to cover for Renee as she immediately said that I "completely misunderstood" and Renee was talking about a customer and didn't want others to hear the name So...it took Renee 2 full minutes to "mouth" the person's name and when she rolled her eyes, she must have developed a sharp pain in her neck and it caused her eyes to roll into the back of her head?!? Come on! Regardless of what Renee was saying or about who, if you're going to WHISPER, take it to your office or around the corner! It doesn't look good Elena!!! We have been going here for a few years. When I brought my son in for an appointment the other day, we were told we wouldn't be seen for an hour. When we asked why no one called us to tell us of the long wait, the woman behind the counter said "We can't call everyone." Why not? They expect a call from their patients if they won't be able to come in. Time to find a new dermatology office.
