Doctors alright, but the rest of staff has declined greatly. Don't waste your time unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Extra disappointed in Paula.

Don’t bother make an appointment with them their money hungry sharks that will just try to over bill your insurance company. Very unprofessional and they do not care about really helping they just want the big pay out from your insurance company.

A very positive experience. I went from great pain, weakness, and stiffness to a strong core, no pain, and more flexibility. Steve has the ability to explain the exercises and parts of the body they will improve which allowed me to have a good visualization of what improvements were happening. The support staff was always supportive. My core has not been this strong in 25 years. I strongly recommended the Wellness Physical Medicine Center. — Chris Snopek

Staff is wonderful, The doctor performed an EMG and other test, there's a diagnosis of a pinched nerve in my back and treatment options. Very well done!

Dr. Brennan's and his staff are wonderful. I am being treated for a pinched nerve in my neck. The exercises, therapy, and medicine work wonders. I will continue to refer people to Dr. Brennan so they can also receive phenomenal care.

Dr. Brennan is absolutely fantastic. After a year of ongoing issues and 6 months of treating neck arm and back pain, it was finally time to see the neurologist. Hearing that, from your doctor that you've seen over and over again and after doing physical therapy, can leave you with a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach. But after going here I realize that all that anxiety was wasted and I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to this specialist.I was scheduled for an EMG test which is basically a nerve test. It shows if you have misfiring in your nerves because of a pinched nerve and other things. This office does do other neurological tests from what I understand, but this is what I went in for. Now this test I knew nothing about until my doctor's office told me (when they gave me the referral). They told me there were needles and electricity involved and I really got freaked out. Then when I called and I made my appointment they were so kind, and said anything you may have heard about this test most of that doesn't happen here. They explained the procedure but I still googled it. That was a bad mistake. Do yourself a favor ask your doctor questions and don't ever look anything up. People post the worst stories and yes, they might have had a bad experience, but everything that I did read online about this procedure was kind of outdated. The needles that were used for my procedure were almost like an acupuncture pin. If you look it up online and there are long probes that are as thick as a safety pin and as long as your middle finger. That's why I had anxiety all day When I came in and I met Dr. Brennan he knew almost immediately what my issue was just by touching my thumb. That's what a sharp mind and 30 years of experience will do for you. Everything I told him he said was completely textbook and I was so easy and he made me feel so much better. To have an accurate diagnosis that now and MRI will confirm exactly how to treat I know that I will be better sooner than later. I'm going to keep Dr. Brennan in mind if I need to go back for any more physical therapy or any more tests and I will specifically ask for him if the occasion comes up. Hopefully I'll never have to go back or not until much much later in life.... but now that I know that all of us who do any bending twisting and lifting can have these problems, there is a solution and you will feel better.

Great guy, understanding and competent!

Horrible hours and days. Office seems understaffed and tired. Billing is hard to reach. You can’t leave messages or voicemails ever because of their policy. Unwilling to work with partial payment. There was inconsistency on my due date. Billing told me one thing and then I got mailed a different invoice and date.The whole set up is unorganized and unprofessional. I asked why the dr doesn’t have a voice mail and was told the Dr. doesn’t want to have one because of the call trafic. Not my problem. They are always late from their lunch. Which is problematic because I have worked my lunch around their schedule because I can’t leave a message. I paid my invoice and I AM NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

I went to this office because my sons doctor has his 2nd office there. The doctor is a Pediatric Neurologist and is a wonderful Doctor. His other office is in Troy. I prefer to come here. I also was a patient there a year ago but for a Wellness Physical Medicine Doctor, he was wonderful as well. The office staff are always very nice.
