First appointment I was able to see Dr. Voci who appears to be an exceptional and competent doctor. That was after the initial interview by some PA. I understand that the initial interview might be done by a PA. Saves on time. After that first appointment and required testing I only saw a PA. No way that would continue. I was dealing with neurological issues that could or might be life altering or life ending. There is no way I would entrust that outcome to some PA that communicates with or works with or for Dr. Voci. Whatever that means. If it’s medically important enough for me to go to a doctor then it’s important enough that I see the doctor. Every time.

Dr Voci himself seems to be a nice person, and knowledgeable, but this office is a nightmare. When I would try to call the receptionist, I would either be on hold for 45 minutes, or they would disconnect the call without answering. They forgot to send the script to the hospital for my MRI on the day it was scheduled (even though I made sure to notify the office of the date and location). Then when I needed to reschedule my follow up appointment they did not cancel out the initial appointment, and put me in the wrong time slot for the second appointment. Do not go here.

Dr Voci has excellent communication skills, and takes time to listen & explain procedures & next steps with my MS . Dr Voci is exceptional with the knowledge of MS. I am most thankful for the past 20 years as his patient.
