Doctor Lim is a fantastic surgeon. With a great personality and bedside manor. He takes the time to get to know his patients and the issues they have. Doctor Lim is highly recommended! I will go back to him without hesitation should I ever need surgery again.

Had a very scary situation that was taken care of quickly. Everything explained and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. Sense of humor which helps lighten up challenging situations.

Dr. Lim preformed stomach surgery on me to remove some large polyps. The surgery was successful. I found Dr. Lim to be a great communicator. He fully explained the surgery and answered all my questions. The staff who worked with him were also excellent and made me comfortable during the stressful process.

My husband was an emergency add on to Dr. Kim’s day. I did not know him beforehand until I met him at 4:00a.m. He had a very kind spirit about him, took the time to explain the three possible choices he had to do the surgery and why he chose the one he did. He had his team of residents that are under him come explain 3 times before the actual surgery earlier in the day and evening so we would understand post surgery. He had a good sense of humor at that hour of the morning and did not rush off, but even sat down with the family.

Dr. Lim will defend the behaviors of inexperienced residents who castigate and diminish the needs of patients under his care. Seek a different surgeon.

The best of the best! I don't know how anyone can leave anything but 5 stars for Dr. John Lim and his team. His humor, incredible knowledge, and great bedside manner relax you immediately. He went out of his way to schedule a surgery for me during a holiday weekend and followed up a couple of times to make sure I was doing fine. The doctor had a FULL scheduled but cared enough to squeeze me in at the last minute during a holiday. He also taught other physicians and walked them through step by step during an in/out procedure I had. By far, this is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I hope he changes his mind and becomes a family physician, so I can send everyone there. I do appreciate all your help, Doc.
