The Receptionist put me on hold for the longest. I Hung up called her back. There was Confusement regarding the results of a previous Visit. She scheduled me to come in Fri Oct 7 for an Ultrasound, I agreed. Shortly there after I received a call from Dr. Cuppari it was her, Melissa. She said that I aleady had an ultrasound Test and the Doctor wanted to see me Oct 20. Tried to explain that it was urgent and I had already had my Test. She put the phone on the Desk and just ignored me. I Hung up and called my Doctor to inform him of the incident.

Very pleased with Dr. Cuppari. He did both my Carotid Arteries do to blockages. Staff is excellent and attentive/responsive. Staff always returns calls for questions posed to them, usually in the ame day.

Dr. Cappari and his staff have been extremely caring and helpful. I got an appointment to see him the same week. He was thorough in his description of the procedure I was having, why, and what to expect. He is very kind and has a wonderful, gentle bedside manner. Every time I see him he's always smiling, which is evident, even behind a mask. When I got my cancer diagnosis and needed to see him to be evaluated for being taken off of my meds for bilateral mastectomy they got me an appointment in less than 48 hours. It would have been sooner, but his surgical day fell in between.

My experience with Dr. Cuppari has been unlike any other experience I have ever had with a physician. His bed side manor is beyond anything I have ever seen. He is the upmost professional Dr, taking plenty of allotted time to discuss all measures and be sure that I fully understand everything. His compassion for his patients is amazing as he reached out personally to me at home to check on me. I would Highly recommend Dr Cuppari or any of his partners.

I had a procedure scheduled on Friday 6/7/19 With Dr Cuppari.I received a call from his office telling me if I didn’t pay my deductible they were going to cancel the procedure this was on the Tuesday before. Before I could tell them I wanted to use my Health savings account which I would have more money in a few days or I would pay cash the day of. They got me so upset that we’re just focused on collecting that day they didn’t want to hear anything else. This was the receptionist Shannon and then the girl in billing I just hope the Doctor knows how they cost him patients. I’ve never been treated like that in a Dr office.
