Was hired as a HHA told them in orientation what I was trained to do. And what I was not trained to do. I was then sent on a case not trained how to care for this client. I was then told I would be trained never was.I was given a 2nd case and lied to about the care he needed and when I showed up the family stated they were never notified I was coming out. Again I was told I would be trained and then case was cancelled and never trained.I was told I would be paid for showing up for the client that was not notified and sent home and I didnt even get paid for a whole hr for my time and gas to take the time I took to go out there.In 5 wks I worked 20hrs total.

I love being employed by this company. The workers are so nice and they really be on top of everyone having shifts. The company is reliable and compassionate about their workers also their clients. All love inside and outside the office. I couldn’t have chosen no other better company then this one right here. Preferred Care at home Rock ⭐️ ❤️

Beautiful clients horrible manager and staff

My father-in-law had a stroke and was in hospital. The hospital informed us he needed 24 hour care and was being released from the hospital. I contacted Ann at Preferred Care at Home and they came to the hospital the same day. They did assessment on my father-in-law and had care set up within 24 of me calling them. Anytime I needed to speak with the office staff they were absolutely professional and available. I would like to thank everyone involved in his care and especially Ann for being so patient and compassionate with my father-in-law. Most compassionate and involved group of people that I have been able to get to know. They have become a extension to my family.

Most unprofessional people to work for treats clients like a cash register and employees like dirt to pput it nicely. The only reason I even stayed with this company was BC of my client.

IF YOU HAVE BILLS, CHILDREN OR ANY RESPONSIBILITIES, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO WORK!!-----these ppl are the most unprofessional group I've ever worked with, they treat their employees like slaves and their clients like cash registers. YOU ARE SUBJECTED TO RUDE CLIENTS WHO THINK YOU ARE THEIR BUTLER/PERSONAL SLAVE and care coordinators who could care less abt how the clients treat you as long as they have someone to fill in. I worked a case where I was doing everything by the book for months and the client's family member decided they didnt like me anymore and Preffered kick me like a dospable rag, I have children and bills and I valued my job. They did nothing to provide help. If you have time to just sit around for a company to use you then sign up:)

I have been with Preferred Care at Home for two years. I love my clients and working for this company. They do a great job of caring for their clients and making sure they have adequate staff in place for their clients. The office staff is great ☺
