List of Rene Peleman's Reviews
I just tried making an appointment there-Front staff are incompetent and waste your time-aren't even able to verify insurance in a timely manner-had to get another employee who was rude. I'll go elsewhere.
Well doctors and doctors assistance were very good. Front office not so good. I'm going to new doctor just because of office staff. Very unhelpful.
DR PELEMAN IS THE BEST HE has been taking care of my husband for 10 years we drive over an hour one way every other week. When Dr Lee retired we were so fortunate to have him take over Thank God for Dr Peleman
We will not return to this doctor for our follow-up visit. Our first visit was very disappointing. We found him to be rude and in a hurry. Felt like we were bothering him with our problem. He chose this profession and if helping people bothers him, than he should retire!
During a time of medical need, it’s a daunting experience trying to find a doctor with knowledge and proven skills so remarkable, that you feel far more inclined to relax about who you chose to help keep you healthy. Secondary to those attributes are bedside manner, compassion and dedication. Rarely, do you find a physician who characteristically personifies it all. I will tell you, based on personal experience and unsolicited feedback from his other patients and fellow medical peers, Dr. Rene Peleman is that kind of doctor when your medical needs and expectations won’t settle for anything less.
Very rude receptionist, no longer accepted my insurance then was saying they wouldnt give me 1 month supply of my protonix that I've been taking for years, dont want to help you if they aren't getting paid, update dr ingi is supposed to call in for month so I can find new dr. One nice person in office
Terrible terrible experience with this Dr and especially with his PA. She diagnosed my son with a condition, without even examining him. A condition that didn't have any real treatment options. He went weeks in massive pain. Finally she referred him to a colorectal dr, who after looking at his rectal, a 1 minute exam, diagnosed him with a very treatable condition, fissures. Why wouldn't the PA at least examine him?? Proctalgia Fugax is what she told him he had...a mystery condition that has minimal treatment options, and could last years. Dr Peleman has a horrible bedside manner. He was very short with me after my sons colonoscopy, over the phone, mind you. Told me it was a normal scan. When I questioned why he had blood when he had a BM, he said it must have been an infection that resolved itself!! For a year, on and off??? Horrible horrible office!!
His bedside manner is terrible did the procedure and never cam and talked to us about anything. Finally went home and tried for a month to get results from office but never heard back from them. Finally gave up and called my family doctor to make sure everything was good. Office people were rude and not very friendly
Had to see a PA was disappointed with her, lack of exsperiance ?? couldn't see real doctor, did not trust her. Waste of money to see the PA at this office.
Terrible bed side manner, spends minimal time with patients, and ignores questions. Total disregard for patient comfort. He doesn’t treat you like a person, you’re just another colon to him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
