Dr. Cloutier came highly recommended and I see why! She genuinely cares about finding a long term solution rather than just providing a bandaid fix. She pays attention to the small details and is a true advocate for your overall health and well-being.

We went to see Dr. Sam Cloutier with high hopes that she was going to be a great doctor cause she was recommended by a friend only to find out that she was not only unprofessional but judgmental. We felt so uncomfortable. She walked in with an attitude and kept going til we both called her out on her behavior. Don’t know if she was racist cause my boyfriend is Chaldean or if she just had a problem with why we were seeing her. She seemed to be listening but wasn’t hearing anything we said. She had already diagnosed him before she met him. What happened with that oath you took, Dr. Cloutier? We will NEVER go back. So unprofessional and uncaring. Of all the doctors I have ever worked for or met, none have ever been so unprofessional like Dr. Samantha Cloutier. Shame on you!

First off, her staff is so nice and helpful. Even the lady on the phone who made the appointment was such a sweetheart. She answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood all her recommendations. She tells you like it is which I really appreciate. I don’t think in all my years have I ever had a doctor care about me like she does.

At first, I really really liked her compared to my old PCP. But the longer you are with her, the less she cares. I had to question her in order to get a diagnosis, when I asked for her to test for thyroid antibodies she said "no. your tsh was normal so there is no need." I responded by telling her that the reason we even knew my diagnosis was because of my antibodies. she responded with no again. It is to the point where i am SCARED to even ask her what is wrong with me. That shows how bad she is. I am scared to even try talking about my health conditions and new symptoms that appear. Just please go somewhere else if you want to feel like the doctor cares about you.

I was so impressed with Dr. Cloutier’s intelligence and willingness to be a true partner in my healthcare. She actually took the time to think, really think, about my case. She is exactly the kind of physician I was looking for.

Dr. Cloutier is our #1 doctor. She takes care of all the medical needs of my family. She goes above and beyond to listen to concerns and recommend/prescribe treatment. My mother is elderly and requires a lot of care. Dr. Cloutier has coordinated her care for some time, and it gives us both a peace of mind. We could not be happier to have her in our corner.

I had my first visit with Dr Cloutier a few months ago after deciding I needed to switch my PCP. Dr Cloutier really listened to me and spent time a long time going over my past medical history and current issues I was having. She really cares about her patients and I feel lucky to be on of them!
