I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility and all of the incredible staff who work here! A friend referred us and making the switch has been the best decision! The therapists truly take the time to get to know each individual patient and their unique interests and needs. They do their very best to cater each session to make it the most fun and positively impactful. Every single therapist and staff member we’ve encountered has been so friendly, warm, welcoming, kind, accepting, accommodating and understanding. The facility is kept clean and organized as well. They have two gyms and numerous therapy rooms for speech and OT, but they also don’t force a child to sit in one room or stay in one place their whole session. They honor each patient’s need to move around and explore, while still learning in the process. I have to give a shoutout to the three incredible therapists we’ve had the pleasure of working with so far: Ms. Susan (SLP), Ms. Anna (SLP) and Mr. Cameron (OT). They have been nothing but supportive, fun, encouraging and just so wonderful to us! My son has already made some remarkable progress in just 3 short months thanks to each of you!

After repeatedly calling, leaving voicemails, sending in follow up emails to see if they received intake paperwork, followed by more calls and emails to schedule evaluations we have decided to walk, I mean run away. This place is disorganized, misleading and has been nothing short of a disaster to deal with. I can’t believe they are still in business the way they treat prospective clients. Shame on you Tiffany! Your lack of transparency & respect for others time is deplorable

Would give six stars if I could. STAR changed the trajectory of my son's life. I was nervous to start ABA knowing how dramatically the quality differs from place to place. But I felt reassured immediately that they didn't want to force my son to be something he is not, but to give him the skills he will need in a neurotypical world. They embraced him, his unique abilities and challenges from day one and are always going the extra mile to meet his needs. Any time we have a specific issue they will write a program for it. At the same time they have nurtured his giftedness, I think even better than any school could. Every day they are celebrating something about him just as hard as we are. My son loves STAR so much he asked if he could live there - but he said we could live there, too. For the rest of my life, every time I have a conversation with my son I will think about how STAR made it possible.

Staff are very friendly and they truly care for the kids with Autism. My son goes here. So happy to be part of the Star family!
