This has been the worse experience to a difficult situation already. Katie Dickson our case manager has been stringing us along since march it’s now June. Going out on medical everytime we’re close to completing his treatment plan to get ir approved by his insurance to get his testing. I he day before we are going to change an objective that she made we get a call she is out on medical again. She’s has everything she’s needed to get this done and continues to delay. If your health condition is that serious why would you push to be put back on our case? Makes no sense to me complete unprofession if you trying to be strung along for months when your child needs services come here if not I’d avoid.
