The environment is calm, the people are kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping others work through life’s hard stuff. If you’ve been thinking about therapy, this is a really good place to start.

The Wellness Hour Counseling Center was referred to me by a friend. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but everyone there is so friendly and easy to talk to, which made it a lot easier. You can tell they genuinely care. The environment is clean, peaceful, and comfortable.The owner, Samantha, was really nice. You can tell she’s been intentional about what she’s built. I’m really glad I checked it out and would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the team at The Wellness Hour Counseling. They have a variety of counselors with varying specialties and work to accommodate busy schedules. The owner is passionate about her work, takes a ton of care in selecting the right team members and cares so much about her clients.

I do not recommend this place to a dog. They are liars and thieves. I paid cash for my copay before 3 visit in April of 2022. I did that because I told Crystal I didn't want my card charged. She only recorded one cash payment and misappropriate the other two payments but never sent a bill stating I owe any payments. Over one and half years later when she no longer works there the owner Samantha put a fraudulent charge on my card I never authorized. She said it was because I had a co-payment from 4 of 2022. How do I have a copay due if I was told my daughter could not be seen if I did not pay her copay upfront. I called, emailed and even went up there to speak with her and her answer was I'm busy seeing other people and will call you by the end of the day. Treated me like It did not matter that she disrupted my life by going into my bank account unauthorized. I only visited 4 times in April of 2022 and stopped because I was not pleased with the service. This place is a joke.

5 stars, hands down. From the second you open the door to the practice there are instant relaxing vibes. The waiting area is a quaint room with a white noise sound machine & a diffuser with some relaxing essential oils. It's very clean in there. All the staff I've seen in passing or interacted with have been super friendly. The practice owner was super quick to get my autistic child in with a therapist who specializes with special needs kids. His therapist was a very friendly, knowledgeable, kind young woman and a great addition to our village of people that work with my son to improve his way of life. Even during billing issues, the staff was super polite, professional and patient while we worked to fix the issue with our insurance. Very pleased with our experiences at this practice and would definitely recommend it to others. Kudos to the owner for selecting amazing staff to fill your practice. Kudos to the amazing staff that advocate for mental health to be just as much preventative care as it is a treatment after the fact. And kudos to the office staff for managing all the complicated issues with insurance and billing. We appreciate you all.
