I called EMS for my mom receptionist hung up repeatedly on me. I live a long away and receptionist I kept getting after about 10 trys, just hung upapparently by caller I D. I just wanted to check on my mom...horrible people. z

Everytime I come in to the ER, they don't listen and never help out, even when I thought I was having serotonin syndrome. When I'm in a room, the doctor comes in, gives me one look, then says I'm fine or that there's nothing he can do for me. This happens 8 out of 10 times and it's ridiculous. I could be slowly dying and they would send me home.

Third shift needs to prioritize patients more. They don’t tell you what’s going on and what they’re going to do. I sat in the er for 1 hour with no one checking on us. I go to ask for a blanket and if anyone is coming to see us. the room is freezing cold and lady just says” you can wait, you’re going to be discharged soon anyways” and another hour later still not discharged. We spent all night. Hours just to make a phone call to somewhere else to make an appointment. Bad bad bad.

I would never got back to tgis hospital. I went in due to a miscarriage last year. I was left in the room they put me in and just left me. Made me feel like they didn't care.

I went here for stitches and all the staff was super sweet and considerate, the doctor was great. One of the better ER experiences I’ve had.
