She is always in a hurry. Does not take time to learn about what is going on. Just orders tests but then when tests are negative does not conduct more research. Forces patients to use cameras even though prior visits did not require them. Not consistent care and does not seem to actually want to help. I was always expected to be early to appointments but waited typically 45 minutes or more to be seen. When I could hear from outside the room the staff joking around with the doctor or talking about patients. Extremely unprofessional.

Excellent, she listens to my concerns and we work together to find a solution that will work long term. She is quick to follow up with questions or refills. Her only limitation is the TERRIBLE telephone setup that Spectrum Lakeland continues to use which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to directly speak to the office.

Terrible bedside manner, prescribed me one SSRI after another until I was admitted to the ER due to an medication, stating my side effects were inaccurate. Ended up with lasting effects I still experience to this day after being prescribed one medication after the other. Requested appointment notes and she blatantly chalked everything I said about medication side affects to having anxiety. I switched providers. She did not take my health seriously and made me feel like I was wasting her time.

My experience with this Dr. was so awful. I did not directly choose to see her but indirectly because my primary Dr. left and they scheduled me with her for future appointments. At my first appointment she made it clear she was not willing to prescribe my meds and help me with a severe herniated disk with sciatica. The condition is extremely painful, but she doesn't care. Knowing I require surgery meant nothing. Haggled me to death about hypertension meds. Her attitude stunk, snotty and mean.
