I had discomfort in my ear for over two months. I couldn’t sleep, and was going a bit crazy. I made an appointment with Dr. Yerman who came highly recommended. Within 5 minutes Dr. Yerman fixed my issue 100%. My quality of life changed drastically. I am forever grateful to him. His office staff was also very friendly.

Surgery on parotid gland was successful. Explained procedure before surgery. Took time to thoroughly answer my questions. Follow up has been thorough. Completely satisfied with his work and professionalism.

I want to thank Dr. Yerman and all the staff, very professional and answered all my questions..would definitely recommend there office for all ear, nose and throat issues...thank you again...

Dr. Yerman ordered and preformed every test that he could on me when I was in the office and even insisted on scheduling me for Surgery for a tube in my ear. He was quick to put tubes back into my 7 year old ear for the second time. After asking a friend she recommended allergy medicine to dry the fluids up in my 7 year old, and it worked. For my 20min visit with him, it cost me $495. For my son in the same room for 20 min, it costs me $140. 20min total bill is $635 and all he should have done was trial allergy medicine to dry up the fluid in our ears. Thank God I cancelled the Surgery to input tubes in. Dr's should not preform Excessive testing on patients without helping to give them other options to try first.

Dr Yearman is wonderful. He is extremely personal and makes you feel comfortable from the start. I was here 10 years ago and was so impressed that when I moved to Royal Oak I made the drive to Commerce. What a great doc and team!!

I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to getting some advice and anytime I asked a question I was spoken over immediately. I am a swimmer and was hoping to get some support with ear plugs after a bad infection and I kept asking for recommendations and I was immediately spoken over mid sentence with “your fine” and he did not acknowledge or hear my question. Then swiftly told “goodbye” and asked to go to the front. The front desk was wonderful and the woman who took my hearing test was so kind but my experience with the doctor was so disheartening and being treated that way really made me as a client feel unheard and unimportant.

I hate to post a negative review for a healthcare facility because of how hard they work and how challenging schedules can be. I’ll preface by saying the front desk staff and nurses were incredibly friendly despite my experience and 1-star rating. I never even got to my appointment or saw the doctor because I had not been seen after almost 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby. I was told to arrive at 11:10 for an 11:30 appointment. There were 3 patients in the lobby waiting with me that were ahead of my appointment which I knew was a bad sign immediately. I realized there were also 4-5 patients waiting in the back rooms to actually see the doctor, which put me I queue as the 8th patient in line as of 11:30 at my appointment time. I noticed appointments were taking 15-20 minutes each and had to leave due to another commitment I had at 1:00 and there was so way I would have been seen in time. What a frustrating experience and colossal waste of my time. I ended up booking an appointment with another ENT. Beware booking appointments here if you are running on a schedule, give yourself a 1-1.5 hour buffer if you have any other commitments on the day of your appointment.

He diligently examines his patients and I am one of them. Really takes good care of his patients at all time. Five start for you Dr. Yerman!

Great doctor. Very helpful and friendly.

Dr Yerman is an excellent physician and surgeon. His bedside manor is warm and kind. At the age of 37 years he became my doctor when I was diagnosed with throat Cancer. It was devastating but the disease was caught early and with his expert surgical skills and the help of GOD, all the Cancer was removed. The over 8 inches of scars from the procedure are almost invisible. I remained his patient, seeing him regularly, after 35 Radiation treatments for over 5 years. I moved from Michigan so I had to say goodbye to my favorite doctor but I highly recommend him to anyone with ENT concerns. God bless him, I and my family will NEVER forget his professionalism as a devoted healer. Rasheeda H. Muhammad
