Don't believe the negative reviews from anti-maskers who have never seen Dr. Burgess. She is amazing. My family (all 5 of us) have been going to see her for the last 9 years. She truly cares about her patients and genuinely wants to treat you. I cannot recommend her enough. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and my kids hardly cry at all when they get shots. My kids don't dread going to the doctor and that is amazing.

I've been seeing Dr. Burgess for years and she is the best doctor I have ever come into contact with. Every time I come in, she makes me feel special and valued. She takes the time to listen and address the problem. I moved an hour away but I still see her because she is that good.

My 2 sons and I have been seeing Dr Burgess for more than 8 years. She is ALWAYS so patient and very personable. Prior to Dr. Burgess we had changed doctors almost every year. We just couldn't find someone that made me feel like I was more than just a number in line. I moved to Canton last year and we still drive all the way to Commerce when we need to see the doctor, because Jennifer and her team always take such great care of us! Thank you so much for being our PCP!

She is excellent. Personable, professional, sincere, she actually cares about you, if you have challenging questions and she doesn’t know the answer, she looks it up right there with you so you have the answer before you leave. I’ve never been happier with my physician.

She has been our family provider for nearly a decade. She is exceptional! She is intelligent, a care coordinator, considers the whole person (mind, body, spirit), she takes her time with her patients, and she advocates for them. She is great. Sometimes it can be hard to get in to see her, but she has an amazing support staff who can usually work something out.
