the doctor was listed as taking new patients under henry ford's website - so i call the clinic, they inform me they are not taking new patients. I was nice, no big deal - asked for any other docs they'd recommend in the area. She says to check the henry ford website, I do, confirm he's listed as taking new patients. I call back to try to inform the person on the phone (politely) that they are listed as accepting new patients and that should be communicated to Henry Ford IT to remove them... she was completely oblivious to what I was saying - told me the girl comes in every day and she's aware and they can't fix it - henry ford can't either. Why don't you call Henry Ford's IT dept., put in a ticket, escalate it, resolved it. scary that these people are in charge of our health with that level or problem solving.
