Dr. Arabbo has been my doctor for at least 10 years now and I’m so incredibly thankful for him and his office. Dr. Arabbo has always gone above and beyond for my health and care. Doctors can be scary, but he has always made my experience fun. I genuinely enjoy going to the doctors office to catch up with Dr. Arabbo. He has created a safe space for me to be scared because he is always the first to calm me down. I’m the luckiest girl in the world to be able to call Dr. Arabbo my doctor!
I have been going to this doctor for a few years now but it's time for a change. I use this practice occasionally for a yearly physical and appointments when I am sick. It was great before the pandemic now they become unreasonable. They stopped scheduling appointments when you actually need to see a doctor. I was told when I called for a visit, the doctors will not see me if a have a fewer... not sure why you even have a practice and call yourself a doctors office if you don't want to see sick patients. They offered telephone visit. how can you check and diagnose what's wrong with you if the doctor doesn't even see you? it's time, I will be transferring to a different clinic.
Dr. Arabbo has always made time to answer all of my questions when I'm in to see him. I never feel rushed. Office staff knows what they're are doing and are on top of everything.
5 stars for excellent service and an excellent staff at Dr. Arabbos off. Thanks Ladies and gentlemen for your excellent medical help and service. See you all in 3 weeks.
Waiting for over a hour to see the Dr and it's going to take even longer. Staff is rude and is lying. Dr. Arabbo is a great Doc but his office staff sucks big time.
I have been with Dr Proviser for over 15 years. He has helped me with aches and pains in my 20’s and 30’s, referred me to specialists when needed, and now into my 40’s, he is helping me manage more mid life issues. I always contact him with questions or concerns. The office always finds a spot for me within 1-2 days.
Dr. Arabbo has been my physician for a number of years. He is the epitome of professionalism, medical knowledge and genuine care for his patients' best interest. He specifically takes time to not just listen and diagnose but also to educate me as a patient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for people with packed schedules. I highly recommend Dr. Arabbo and the rest of the Advanced Family Care of Commerce staff for any medical insight or services!
I have been a patient of Dr. Provizer for 20 years. Dr. Provizer always takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides me superior care. I never feel rushed. I visited his new office today and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to continuing having Dr. Provizer as my physician.
DMC Advanced Family Care of Commerce is a wonderful place to go if you have to see a doctor. The ladies at the front desk are kind, understanding, and treat their patients with compassion. Dr. Provizer has been my physician for years and I would follow him anywhere. He is kind, patient, caring and does his best to make every office visit comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.
We love Dr. Provizer, and I do not believe this to be his issue rather the office itself. This morning my daughter went and waited almost 2 hours. When I called they told me there were multiple apps available and it was not very busy so I picked one that was best for her. She got there early to fill out paperwork, it was crazy busy and a hot mess with people out in the hall, others stuck in a small room as their waiting room. When she got called back she was then stuck in the room for almost 45 minutes before the doctor came in. When I called to ask about this, the lady tried to tell me we squeezed her in and every appt we reserve is for 1 hour (false - b/c my daughter overhead her on the phone telling another patient every 15 minutes are appts) and she did not squeeze her in or she lacked to tell me so this morning as there were several appts opened and they were not busy. Their referral system is not working and so they CAN NOT do referrals right now. When I was there last week for myself I thought I had a good experience until this morning when I called about referrals and they told me we thought we may have had an issue but weren't sure - when I asked why didn't you just tell me that last week and again some bs crap about they didn't know... but wait you just told me you had known. When you call them out on things that they previously said or did not say, the office staff tries to back track to make it sound like it's not their issue and fault. I provide 2 examples of back tracking up above (#1 squeezing in my daughter when there are multiple apps available and no mention of it this morning when I called and #2 never was mentioned to me that there was a "possible" referral issue). The office manager did apologize finally after I called him out on the referral issue and said he miscommunicated and should have let me know. IT IS A HOT MESS THERE and they are blaming it on construction and new systems. I would stay away to be honest. Dr. Provizer is a great doctor, however, I do not believe this is his issue as I mentioned above. It's just sad that he will probably receive negative from the office not being run smoothly and communicating with its patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
