Very fast friendly service.
This experience happened at 9:59pm on 10/17/18...I DO NOT recommended this clinic! I can't stress this enough! My wife took our 2.5 yr old daughter here to be seen. We were going to be cutting it close to getting there before they closed at 10pm, so we called ahead. We were told by the front desk to go ahead and come up if we could be there by 10pm and we could still be seen. So we packed up our daughter and took her there to be seen.We pull in at 9:59pm, and of course it takes us a minute to get our daughter out of the car seat to get her inside. So what happens??? The front doors lock while we are standing there trying to get in. The front desk person just stares at us and taps her wrist (watch signal). We call while standing in the cold, daughter in arms, and they say, "oh well, sorry, should have been here sooner." And said they can't open the door once locked. Mind you this is still as the clock reads 10:00pm and 10:01am as we are there. The funny part about this...it is the same door you use to exit. And I'd be willing to bet if we would have left our credit card in the car and we were already inside, they would have let us out to get it and come back in.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and a willful disregard for the health concerns of their patients and we WILL be sharing our experience with anyone we can so they know what they can expect from their experience with their employees and recommend they take their business elsewhere!Screenshots show the initial call time, and the call when we are standing outside at the clinic.
Wouldn't waste your money here
Charging 100 for testing. Admitted to cash grabbing because people will pay it.
This place is amazing! So clean and friendly staff. I tested positive for COVID & the PA reassured me and told me what to expect, how to treat it, etc.so thankful for them.
Staff is wonderful. Normally not a long wait time but give we are in the 2nd wave of this pandemic of COVID. Not complaining.
The care, if you can call it that, at this establishment was a complete embarrassment and shines a light on the terrible side of the human healthcare field. As I sat in a room to be tested for covid the man in the room next to me was talking about how he had a huge Halloween party with his family and how every single one of them got covid. This automatically scared me.As the first employee came into my room I had asked her if she was the employee from the room over. She said no and when I told her I am terrified of the virus and thats why I asked she responds with well weve seen many positive cases today so...Lol. After she takes my test she leaves and has me wait for the next employee. While Im waiting I hear her tell the woman from the beginning what I had said. That woman then says well its not like a lick them, kiss them, fuck them, and move on..And then comes into my room with her mask almost falling off.Now Im 100% positive when you work in the healthcare field you take an oath against this. Im honestly scared for any future patients here.
They allow covid patients to wait in the waiting room. My husband and son waited 4 hours to get tested and will be going to rite aid for another free test in a week because they were more than likely exposed while waiting in the waiting room with MANY other people who were getting covid tests as well. This is why we cant have nice things like concerts and going to the movies. It is because of stupidity like this. For it to be happening in the medical environment is just beyond wrong. Also, they didnt call to let them know their test results. We had to call them. When I had to test (2 seperate times) I went to Rite aid to get a free test. Not only did I get my results emailed to me within 2 days time, I also felt much more secure all around. The test At AMD Davison was way too expensive as well (especially if being in that waiting room winds up resulting in a case of covid for my husband or son). Crazy that getting a free test at a drive thru pharmacy is better than going to a medical clinic.
The doctors, nurses and aids are amazing. The front desk is not. Aside from my five hour wait, this place is charging $100 for a rapid test. Hope urgent and Convenient urgent (next to Kroger) in Davison are charging $60. Period. To ice my cake, because I have insurance they made me pay a co-pay on top of my $100 rapid charge. They told me rapids aren’t covered by insurance but they have to bill by co-pay. Obviously if I hadn’t been 3 hours into my wait at this point I would have walked. But out of concern for my wife, I waited it out and got ripped off. I literally just paid over double for a Covid test than any other place. $175.
I'd like to say I used this urgent care WednesdayI didn't go to my Dr and I didn't use my usual urgent care due to needing/ wanting the rapid covid-19 test as well to be sure .....I have a sinus infection ....I'm almost 40 I know my body the Dr I seen wrote me a script but it can't be filled till Monday due to her thinking it might be viralI've not taken an antibiotic since January and prior to that I can't remember the last time I had one because it had been over a yearMy face hurts my head hurts so bad I was throwing up yesterday .....I will not go to another Dr to get the antibiotic sooner because I can fill it on Monday and I'd sooner wait ....than wait to be seen... try to find a sitter ....pay more money ...and deal with all that againIt's a sinus infection it's not going to kill me before Monday 😂 I can wait .....but I wanted to write a review so hopefully the Dr will see this ....A lil tid bit of advice .... Some pts don't come in at the first sign of trouble and when we tell you our symptoms they didn't just start two days ago.... two days ago is when they got bad enough to stop ignoring and personally having also been in the health care field for the last 18 years I'm aware of the consequences of over use of antibiotics it's part of my continuing training and I tried hard to make you understand that and that I wouldn't be there if I didn't need them .....Please listen to your patientsAside from all thisthe staff was friendly the atmosphere was pleasant the facility was clean and although I was there over an hour they seemed to see their patients quite quickly... there was just a line ahead of me...Had the Dr actually listened to me my experience would have been a 5 star. I do however understand her concernThis is for the and in Clio

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
