Absolutely appalled by the receptionist and staff's behavior. We have been trying to get them to complete a prior authorization on a medication refill that was sent over two weeks ago. After multiple attempts to get this completed, the receptionist finally answered the phone was told that they do not have time to do all of those because they are so far behind. We were then told that we would just have to drive the 45 mile round trip to get samples until they could find the time. Mind you, the prior authorization is done online and takes possibly a minute or two to complete. This is total neglect of a patient care and I will be moving forward to filing a complaint with the state medical board.

Dr Pawlak is WONDERFUL! Always concerned about you and listens carefully. Takes appropriate actions regarding testing & provides quick results. In addition to her competent patient care, she is kind, & understanding and an all around good person

Best doctor. Always a great experience. She has a great bedside manner and very personable. Also a good listener. Highly recommend her. Which is why I drive 45 mins to see her.

I agree with the several reviews on here regarding the receptionists/schedulers. They are incompetent and careless. The doctors working in this practice are losing new patients which means losing money, due to reckless staff. Will never recommend this place.

Dr. Pawlak was very compassionate and took every effort to find out what my problem was by ordering MRI's an EMG. She was helpful in getting my insurance to approve my medication. Very patient

I have been seeing Dr Pawlak for a year and a half now and she has not only taken great care of me with my epilepsy but now that I have Multiple Sclerosis too.. her staff are amazing and I cannot say enough good things about the MIND clinic in general - everyone at the MS center very professional- highly recommend her as a neurologist

Anne Pawlak, DO is a wonderful physician who specializes in Neurology. I first saw her several months ago after a radical change in my vision. She ordered MRI as well as MRA testing. Today was my follow-up appointment and yes, I did get great news regarding the imaging testing done but, I also received heart-felt and extensive advice from her...like 30 minutes! Rare to find these days. I would highly recommend Dr. Pawlak for not only her excellent skills as a doctor, but in addition, she is caring, sincere and super smart. Thank you, Dr. Pawlak!

Dr. Pawlak & Dr. Simpson are incredibly thoural & patient, they spend an inordinate amount of time on your case! BUT because of this expected wait times are more than usual you will make up for that when it's your turn to see them!
