Very bad clinic.. I have had my ultra sound appointment scheduled and I got stuck in traffic. I was late a couple of minutes and I called to let the clinic know. The staff told me that I need to reschedule and that this is the rules and I was given instructions sheet.. I was not given instructions sheet and they refused to take me despite the fact that the pain is related to the surgery the clinic did.. I was left in pain!

Hi dr.haddad this is Erica Shepard your patient from 2013 the one you nearly killed and because of this experience I had a near death experience at garden city hospital. As you and your colleagues were trying to come up with this master plan on my untimely demise I seen you well my spirit seen you,this woman with auburn hair and a white coat and another fellow dr.standing by the wall you were hysterical because .you cut a major artery and was afraid of losing your license. So instead of being honest about your malpractice and literally butchering me permanently you and the the individual's were trying to come up with a lie to tell my family how I died and that you weren't at fault sounds familiar. My spirit saw everything

A lot of people that are coming there so the weight is a little long to get in but once you get into the bath you're out very quickly. Very professional very quick and very friendly staff and doctor
