05/10/22 M.I.N.D. I showed up at 12:30 for a 1 p.m. MRI on my brain. This was completed by 1:15. I checked back in at desk for the follow up with Angie. 40 minutes later I checked to determine where Angie was. They said they never told the back I was ready. They took me to a little room. My blood pressure was 180 over 93. Highest ever. I was left alone for the next 30 minutes. It would have helped if the staff showed a little professionalism and kept me posted of any issues. I went to the desk and told them I was leaving. I told them to email me my results. I also told them since it is their policy to charge $25 for no shows I expected $25 because no one at their end showed up for my appointment.Unprofessional Office staff at MIND

Dr. Singer is great. Can't seem to get his staff to help get tests approved that he ordered in December. Already had to cancel one appointment with Botsford hospital.

I only went to see Dr. Singer once. I've never had a doctor say to me "If I had something seriously wrong with me, I wouldn't want to know." After him saying that to me, I never went back. Who says that to a patient? He really doesn't care to find out the true cause of your pain. Once he heard my headaches/migraines were hereditary, he just prescribed medication and sent me on my way.

Met with Dr. Singer through video chat this morning due to isolation and extra precautions due to the COVID-19 outbreak. That says a lot to me that he was willing to find a way for me to still have my appointment, and I still felt like our time was very thorough, even though it wasn’t in person. Very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks Dr. Singer!
