The place is nice, the doctor is good but I don't know where they hire their workers...There is this lady with really long finger nails who teach first timers how to use contact lenses, she's rude and she have no idea what she's doing...and her nails while trying to teach kids...I don't know how they let her do such thing. Tell her to cut her nails or get someone else.

I have been wearing glasses since I was two years old so my vision care is really important to me and I have met a lot of eye doctors. I believe I am getting the best care here. Dr. Fransisco is very knowledgeable, does not rush and takes the time to explain things. His staff are friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to my yearly eye exam.

I have been going to Dr. Francisco for over 20 years. He is by far the best. I actually cried when he decided to retire. I don’t know where I will ever find another doctor as thorough and caring as he has been. Best of luck Dr. F I’m going to miss you

I've been going to Dr. Francisco for 20+ years. He is friendly, compassionate and patient. A few years ago he identified a spot on my retina and referred me to a retinal specialist. After using the latest high-tech gadgets to examine my eye, the specialist was quite impressed that Dr. Francisco was able to see the defect.

Dr. Fransisco is the only optometrist who was able to fit me with special contacts for my keratoconus. He is a perfectionist in regards to getting the best fit possible, but it was worth the trips because now I can see better than I have in over 20 years. His staff are so nice and he usually runs on time. The staff bends over backwards to fit you in when needed. I have has no issues with billing. I recommended him highly.

My experience with Dr. Francisco has been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, professional and timely. He efficiently diagnosed my eye concern when others failed. His kind and genuine approach is rare these days but very much appreciated.

The doctor is a nice person but the manager and the billing department is very very bad. The doctor could not match a good pair of lenses for my eyes and I returned the contact lenses on time as the doctor asked me but they did not refund my money back. You cannot trust them to have a business with them. Very very bad manager. Her name is Arya. Avoid this place for any treatment or business.

I found Dr. Francisco by a random search of providers in my area and I can't believe how lucky I was. I have been to many Eye Dr.'s over the years and I have to say Dr. Francisco is by far the best I have ever been to, he is truly excellent at what he does. He has a very nice manner, doesn't rush and I have to say I really look forward to my yearly check up, which I can't say about many other yearly exams I schedule. He seems like a genuinely likeable person and takes a sincere interest in his patients which is uncommon nowadays. I feel really at ease there and he spends time explaining things about my eyes that I didn't know. This information is very helpful and I really appreciate that he takes the extra time to do that.
