Never answer the phone that’s very unprofessional get it together

The doctor & receptionist is very rude!! My daughter was a high risk pregnancy first he told her to just terminate her baby that was strike one for me, then yesterday July 7, 2021 my daughter went in for an appointment after they wouldn’t see her and kept sending her to the emergency room, then was talking down to her and she expressed to them that she is not a kid she is a grown woman and just want help on why she keep having miscarriages. The doctor was rude put her and I out of his office and said he have no sympathy for her losing her babies.

Very limited hours, if your a working mom no regards for that. Each time I visited the office i waited over 2 hours for the appointment, i received limited time with the Dr. I did not feel like my care was important to him... The last time I was in his office he wanted to discuss my blood work in the reception area and just wanted to push me out the door. Even knowing my situation they offered no help or extended appointment times.

Dr. Sanjaghsaz is kind, smart, receptive, and funny. He addressed all of my concerns during my appointment and was very patient. I am so thankful to have him as my OBGYN now. He is the best and his office staff is extremely kind as well.

Very rude and insensitive! The ultrasound lady as well was very insensitive and I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or his staff to anyone! She did my ultrasound never said a word up until she was done, stating I can’t find the heartbeat you can get dressed I’m going to speak with the doctor and walked out. He comes in yea this happen often and here’s your options we will call you and let you know your appt for d&c. I was devastated! Never checked my levels or anything afterwards to even confirm they went down. I really didn’t want him touching me after this but I also didn’t want to prolong the process of walking around with a deceased fetus. After speaking with the nurse at the scheduled hospital whom was very understanding and patient with me they suggested that he speak with me to just explain things a little more and assure me the baby is no longer with us prior to performing d&c. Well he did just the opposite and canceled the d&c I’m on my way to emergency for a second opinion and possibly a referral to have the d&c completed if in fact the baby is no longer with us. I really can’t believe an obgyn doctor would be so heartless and insensitive.
