Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates is the best place in all of Michigan All the doctors here are amazing, well educated and very accomplished, especially Dr. Mona and Dr. SheltonAlso whenever I call them to make an appointment, I talk to Mrs. Hana. She is very wonderful, respectful, takes into account the circumstances and helps me in everything. Thank you very much.

The staff is so thoughtful and caring. I have never felt more comfortable at an OBG appointment, I didn’t even think it was possible to be relaxed at this type of appointment 🙂

First time going here and I was made to feel so comfortable. Dr. Shelton is amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions about. She's extremely nice and I highly recommend! Wish I could give her more than just 5 stars!

Always treated like family.

Horrible OB to go to. Non friendly and loves to slack at their jobs. We had to argue with them over an ultrasound and testing to be done. Then I was left in a room for over 2 hours before anyone even showed their face literally nobody came in not even a Nurse to do vitals. No nurse or doctors wanted to do anything. they did draw blood and they seemed to have a problem with that. they said they would but never provided vitamins, didn’t really care for anything it seemed... Definitely won’t be going back and won’t recommend anyone going here...

Dr.Shelton is an Amazing Doctor. She is very attentive and cares about your well being. She takes her time and listens to all of your concerns. The front is a little slow but after you see The Doctor everything else goes pretty fast checkout, scheduling etc.

I’ve been with dr Fakih for a few years now and I have to say she’s the most amazing dr ever. She answers all of my questions, makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to make sure all of my need are met. She’s a sweet person overall and her staff is amazing

So the doctors here are extremely nice and helpful! I have the pleasure of seeing Dr.Leahy and he’s fantastic.The reason i gave 3 stars is the following.1. When i ORIGINALLY called in to start coming to this office i asked for an appt with Dr. Fakih, i was specifically told sure no problem but she doesn’t have any openings next week so are you okay with seeing Dr. Leahy for your first visit? And of course i said yea that’s fine (under the impression i could make an appt with Dr. Fakih next time). My second appt comes up and they still scheduled me with Dr. Leahy which i though odd but said ok to again.. at the third scheduling i mentioned to the receptionist how when i FIRST called in and specifically requested Dr. Fakih i was told i could see her she was just unavailable at that time.. well the receptionist at this point tells me no Dr. Fakih actually doesn’t see any new patients. I was really upset with this because i felt lied to and misled from the get go. Dr. Leahy is great but that’s not my point. I’m not sure why they weren’t just straight forward with me from the get go?2. Twice now I’ve had the office call me to either reschedule my appt or telling me I’m late to my appt. They called me 2 minutes before my appt time as I’m parking to reschedule and this was wildly inconvenient. They could tell i was upset so they still saw me even though i had to wait a little bit. When they called me to tell me i was late to my appointment i was NOT, it was on the card they gave me for 4pm and the previous day reception called me to confirm 4pm time but they called me at 3:57 telling me I’m late to my appt? I just found this every unprofessional, especially when the woman on the phone was telling me no I’m late than acts like oh okay no big deal we will still see you, like it was my fault.3. The office workers are by no means rude but they also are not friendly or personable. As a new patient to this clinic or a patient to any clinic you’d expect a welcoming staff or at least friendly personalities but here they’re just like robots. Again not rude but also just not super friendly.I’m tempted to switch because I’m a first time pregnancy and really wanted a good experience with this but I’m just not really feeling it from this office unfortunately... NOT the doctors they’re fantastic! But the office itself.
