List of Arathi Goldsmith's Reviews
Doctor is great. But parking is awful and receptionist is very rude.
Goldsmith, Quinn, and the office staff insulted, disregarded, and offered unprofessional conduct to me and I do not wish to tell “my truth” to the reader of this review, simply to tell the truth. The lowest rating selected here is deserving considering their actions. I chose never to return.
Hope my review assists you in making a beneficial decision: If you’re looking for an office to condescend, dismiss, and insult you…perhaps you have reached your destination. All around - the front desk, the doctor and her second helper physician assistant could learn a great deal in helping the patient. I regret reading the lackluster reviews and ignoring the warning signs before making the initial appointment. Dear reader, at this point the choice is yours.
Dr. Goldsmith staff members (Liz and Hanna) listened attentively as I discussed my skin issues and progress. They didn't rush me and answered all my question. They even gave me a coupon to save on a prescription and showed me on their tablet the various prices for each pharmacy. They are saving me money and I'm all about saving money. Great Staff!
I absolutely love Dr. Goldsmith and all the ladies in her office. I developed very painful cystic adult acne when I came off birth control at 23. For a few years I just suffered trying so many different face washes and creams I read about online. I was also a “picker” and made my skin so inflamed/scarred. As soon as I started seeing Dr. Goldsmith I could tell she knows what she’s talking about and almost 2 years later my skin is absolutely amazing and healed from scarring. She also worked with me to make sure I had a supply of my prescriptions when I had a change in insurance for 3 months due to my husbands job. I’m so thankful :)
Excellent experience!
I love Dr. Goldsmith and her staff. Always friendly, makes you feel like you're family.
Great experience, very thorough.
Dr. Goldsmith and her staff are fantastic! She is caring, knowledgeable, doesn't rush her patients, and helped me get some much needed medication cheaper with a coupon. I highly recommend Dr. Goldsmith.
I have been seeing Dr. A for almost 3 years. I used to like going there but as of 2021 I refuse to ever go there again. I made an appointment for my yearly skin exam and had some other concerns as well postpartum. The doctor declined to do my skin exam even though I was already naked and had been waiting for 20 minutes as I "had too much to address" She stated they would do it the following visit. However, for that visit she billed me AGAIN to do my skin exam and did a full head to toe exam in 6mins! She missed my feet (and I had a mark), so I made another appointment and she charged again to look at it, even though she missed it. I believe she bills this way on purpose as it is her practice. I have had a plantars wart for years on my foot, and the Doctor could never get rid of it and she refused other options for treatment. Each time she froze it they charged $700! You can get the same treatment with Dr Scholl's OTC for $8. Her office was very rude and unprofessional and I will never go there again. The doctor owns the practice and nobody oversees her billing and she"bills how she wants". They are currently being investigated by the Department of Insurance and Financial Services's Quality Management team.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
