If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a sinus tumor. Dr Waitzman told me it was "physically impossible" to remove it without "disfigurement." His plan was to remove "part of it" every 1-3 years. *Forever*. When I finally left, my new ENT informed me this was not only not true, it was an incredibly dangerous "treatment plan." He removed it fully - because he had experience with my specific type of rare tumor. If you have a sinus infection, you're probably fine with Dr Waitzman. If you have a serious condition like cancer or a benign tumor (that can become malignant), please see someone else.

I had sinus surgery by Dr. Watizman. He used tubes which my next ENT described as barbaric and the opposite of state-of-the-art. I needed a subsequent surgery by a different ENT to finish the job he started and it was far more pleasant of an experience. He was always running significantly behind schedule. His billing department is also unprofessional. I would avoid him.

He is a great doctor! He takes his time, listened to all my concerns while NOT cutting me off mid sentence. Explain things thoroughly. Great bed side manner. Defintely would recommend Dr. Waitzman!

Dr Waitzman is great, he did a sinus surgery to remove polyps in my sinuses a few years ago. Prior to that, I had seen him for several years. The problem is not Dr. Waitzman, the problem is and has been his staff. I realize Blue Care Network is a pain, I hate have to get a referral as much as his staff hates dealing with them, that being said, in the end they always get the referral. The disposition ...

I have been dealing with inner ear issues for over a year now I went to another ENT and was given a product to put in my ear that did not resolve anything I finally.. based on a recommendation from a good friend went to see doctor waitzman. He immediately diagnosed the problem proceeded to give me one application of the cream and prescribed additional applications and it was gone within two days.. wish I didn't wait a year and a half... LOL
