Absolutely ridiculous. I called because my insurance referred me to him, and after holding for 10 minutes, they told me: "I am sorry, but Dr. Chow does not take new patients because Covid unless another Dr. referred you to him." A few minutes before, they asked for all the information about my insurance, and then they decided if they wanted to take me or not. Very discriminatory and unfair. I have great PPO insurance. I don't understand which requirement this doctor takes into consideration. Also, just because there is Covid based on his point of view, we don't have the right to have a doctor!?!?? Terrible service. Avoid this greedy doctor. He does not care about patients.

I don't understand how Dr. Chow can be a surgeon. He seems to let it go bad and shoves you off. I will never see him again. Ethics?
