List of Dr. Said Issa's Reviews
He lets you wait for 2 hours and keeps hanging out and chatting with his friends. He absolutely checks you in less than 3 minutes as if he is dealing with a robot. He has a bad attitude and doesn't make eye contact. He keeps using his phone while you're in the room which is so rude. He then gives you the wrong diagnosis and says come see me next time.
DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to this doctor because he was referred by my primary physician. I was told by the doctor that I needed cataract surgery and will have out of pocket costs. He did not take the time to explain why or what was going on. Got a second opinion, and was told my eyes are perfectly fine and that I don't need any surgery.
Said rushes everything he does and isn't careful when placing the eye drops in your eyes as if he is dealing with an object, not a human eye! He is very rude, disrespectful, raises his voice, and rolls his eyes constantly. I visited him once and never went back again. The wait is 2 hours and he lets his friends and relatives first before you even if they came after you which happened in my case. He doesn't give the glasses prescription which doesn't make any sense. All he does is raise his voice, roll his eyes and give you over-the-counter eye drops. Do not go to see him, he doesn't know how to treat and is very unprofessional.
Refuses to give prescriptions violating the FTC eyeglasses rule. Which states "The Eyeglass Rule requires that optometrists and ophthalmologists provide patients a copy of their prescription after the completion of an eye examination without extra cost. In addition, the Rule prohibits optometrists and ophthalmologists from conditioning the availability of an examination on a requirement that patients agree to purchase any ophthalmic goods." violating federal law. Doctor rushes out patients and raises his voice against patients and talks to you in a demeaning way. Avoid if youre looking for professinoalism and courtesy
Dr. Issa is very professional and knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. Was able to treat my issue immediately. I would definitely recommend him!! The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you for providing me with treatment, comfort and relief.
Best eye Dr great staff did lasek for both eyes very great results very professional highly recommended
His eyes are not on the patients but if he can perform surgery and make money. His staff are rude, ignorant and arrogant. The visit to his office was one of worst experience.
What can I say, Dr.Issa is the best hands down, he's very professional and honest with you shows concern with patient Me and my children have been patients for years. Started in his Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area office and patient @Dearborn office also very professional staff .I would give beyond Five Stars.
Best customer/patient experience. Thumbs up :)
10/10 Great. I always go to Dr. Issa for my glasses prescription and recently when I had eye twitching problems, and he always knows what to do. Dr. Issa is always knowledgable when he's speaking and excellent at his job. Great listener and great advice, would definitely recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
