Wow amazing. Had my surgery last Friday and I feel AMAZING. Yes I am still healing but I sleep so much better before. ❤

Dr. Lopatin is seriously the best! My family and I have had great experiences for years with him! But, the staff is another story. I seriously dread having any communication with the front desk, even asking for the bathroom code seemed like a problem as if I was an inconvenience. At first I thought maybe it’s just me, but nope, every time I went they seem to be in a bad mood and just rude, even on the phone! It’s upsetting because he is a great doctor! It’s just not worth the drive to be uncomfortable by staff, for me at least!

He is vey thorough it’s his exams. He completed one surgery and now I can breathe through my nose. Now, I’m being treated for a different issue and will continue to see him because he’s honestly invested in my health.

I was left a voicemail by Evelyn stating my insurance denied me a ct scan 2 day before my ct scan was due. Inside that voicemail that lasted 4 minutes. Evelny and 2 other ladies laughing at me, one being proud of how she talked to me, one said I could go deal with the Dr. 3 ladies in the office who still have jobs discussing my issues laughing about me not being approved. The Dr. Goes alone with his lying workers and said it was my fault. Sorry Dr. 1 you should believe someone with a voicemail that your workers were in fact Gossiping about me violating my hipaa rights. 2 you shouldn't tell a customer I was wrong because I wasnt. I decided to give you a chance, So I had a appt the week after this happened i was sent to see Evelyn again, all she had to do was call my insurance and verify if I would be able to get this in office procedure done. 1 month has came and gone and nothing back from her or anyone else!. I feel some resentment from her and the office. My time was wasted. I'm still having issues breathing. So I'll take my money elsewhere✌

The Dr is just okay. The ladies gossip about patients, and they are complete liars to the Dr. You can hear the ladies taking about people after they leave the office. The front desk are always on their cell phones. If you are in the union don't give them your money find another Dr

After seeing him for over 2 years with a chronic cough being misdiagnosed as acid reflux disease.. my mom is now battling two life threatening conditions that will inevitably be the end of her. Had her cancer been caught before it spread all over or her idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis been caught early she could have had a chance with treatment.
