Identified what’s wrong with my shoulder, different from previous Dr. I was previously awakened by the pain. Cortisone shot worked great. The PA on my second visit was very helpful in describing the cortisone therapy and how surgery would work if I get to that point. Shoulder replacement isn’t just if rotor cuff is torn.
