Nice and friendly staff and doctor
I need a refill on my latanoprost! Don't send it to CVS (too expensive) Call Optum RX and I'll get it mail order. Any questions please call me at: 248-790-2300 thank You.
Dr. Kleinfeldt was very compassionate and reassuring and made me feel at ease preparing me for my procedure.
Dr. Kleinfeldt is an okay doctor. However, the appointment feels rushed yet he answers your questions. However, the gentleman that handles the prescriptions is extremely rude and condescending. His rudeness is so extreme it takes away from the visit.
Yesterday I went to see Dr.Barte to get an eye exam. The technician that puts the drops in my eyes put the dilating drops in my eyes first, which made my eyes burn. Then he was standing there waiting for my eyes to stop burning, so that he could put the numbing drops in. All the times in the past, the technician has put the numbing drops in first, so that my eyes don’t burn when they put the dilating drops in. Today, I called to complain about this issue, and they said that they would have someone call me about it. Around 3:30 pm, I hadn’t heard anything back from them, so I called them back. They had me talk to the lead technician and I explained to him what had happened. He said that some clinics don’t even use the numbing drops. He asked me if I wanted him to put in my chart to put the numbing drops in first. They shouldn’t have to put that in my chart, that should be common sense to put the numbing drops in first. What was the use of him putting the numbing drops after?! So, this technician is not going to be held accountable for what he did! I will just find another clinic to go to! The only reason I gave them a rating of one, is because giving them a zero was not an option!
Everyone from front desk to surgery scheduling is very efficient. The doctor is not a "people person" but he is extremely eye oriented! He repaired one of my eye problems immediately on my first visit. That took about one minute. My cataract surgery is scheduled for two weeks from now. I am confident in this doctor.
Upon arrival, my experience was ok, however when Dr. Kleinfeldt came to examine me, he was very dismissive and short. He was in the room with me probably less than 2 minutes. When he found out I wore contacts, he stated "he does not do contacts" as if I would have know this information. I didn't schedule my appointment with him, this is who I was placed with when I schedule my appointment. The assistant in the room was nice, however my checkout was not so pleasant either. I was in line waiting to get checkout on one end of the office. When someone came from the back and asked that I get check out on the other side of the office. I guess since the admin didn't have anyone at her window I was sent to her. Well, she wasn't pleased, she appeared to have an attitude with the person that sent me to the window, and or she was having a bad day all together. I was sent out without any protection over my eyes, as my eyes were dilated. I had to go to another window and ask for some protection for my eyes.
The doctor was fast and efficient. Every phase moved quickly. No long waits.
This office, very nice staff. I call these ladies the Lolipop girls. They're so sweet. Dr kleinfeldt, superb. Truly you have to see for yourself!!! Kindness. The Dearborn office. Pamela Kilgore
Dr. Kleinfeldt and his ream provided a great experience and ensured I understood all the tests. Kleinfeldt was knowledgeable and he took the time to acknowledge my issues and explain a course of treatment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
