This DR knows what he's doing. He saw a spot on an MRI that 3 other Drs did not. He got me an MRI with contrast and saw a small tumor growing on my spine. When I went back he explained about the tumor, and that I would have to go to a Neurosurgeon. He suggested 2 and I pick DR Alsaidi. Everything worked out, I got surgery and after a year of horrible pain, I am 99% back to normal without pain pills.

Just had my second discectomy w Dr. Patel. The first was 8.5 years ago. I was very active in my youth and have developed a degenerative spine. I threw it out a while back and this time PT wouldn't help. He is my miracle worker. I can walk for the first time in 10 weeks. (Really tried to avoid surgrry).I would 100% recommend him.

I could not recommend Dr. Patel more. After years of symptoms that no other physician could connect he found that I had a significant compression of my spinal cord at C3. While I waited for imaging he had me do therapy and other conservative measures, but once the issue was found he and his team worked quickly with my insurance and the hospital to get my surgery scheduled. The entire team was informative and worked with me to make a scary, life altering thing more manageable. As a working mother of four I needed to plan for my work absence and care for my children and his office staff quickly handled the disability paperwork. I had a fusion and discectomy at C3-4 and here I am 4 months later, no pain, back to work caring for my own patients, and enjoying my family. No more numbness in my arms, no more loss of balance. Even if I had half the recovery I have had, it would be a home run! Thank you Dr. Patel, Brian and the whole team in the Dearborn office!

Was supposed to have disc replacement surgery on 6 June 2022. Surgery was canceled on 3 June 2022 but nobody contacted me to let me know. Found out at 515 am on 6 June 2022. Called the MA and left message. She said she was going to find out what our next step is. Called and left messages on 13 June and 15 June. Neither the MA nor Dr. Patel have called me back. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Patel and his team were wonderful when dealing with my cervical spine pain. I would highly recommend them.

Very well pleased with Dr. Patel. Recently had disc replacement neck surgery, Was recommended by a couple of people who had surgeries with good success,This was a tremendous help for me and would recommend him to anyone who needed spine surgery.Also PA Vosko was a great help during the post surgery process. Very professional and caring staff.

Explained the surgical procedure in detail so I could understand what was about to happen. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Dr Patel did surgery on my cervical spine. I would highly recommend him if you are considering spinal surgery. I debated it for a long time because of fear. I only regret I didn’t do it sooner! If you want an excellent doctor with an excellent staff..I would choose Dr. Patel.
