I made an appointment for mid April 2021 back in Nov 2020. I received a call from the office saying my appointment has been canceled and I could reschedule for the beginning of August stating the doctor won't be in the office for the next two weeks. The secretary, Mona, who apparently runs the whole office by "herself", was by far the rudest and unprofessional secretary I have ever spoke to at a doctors office. When trying to explain my concern, she was careless and basically told me to go see another doctor. When I asked to speak to someone else, she stated that I cannot. Who ever makes the decisions for this office is clearly doing something wrong. 1) hiring rude/careless staff like Mona. 2) Instead of rescheduling all patients two weeks later from their original appointments date, they just go ahead and cancel those patients appointments within the two weeks the doctor won't be in office regardless how long you had waited for. To top everything off, you get to talk to careless staff that do not give an ounce of sympathy to their new patients. I heard many great things and heard of very successful rhinoplasty that Dr. Alammar performed, but I am utterly shocked on how a doctors office could not do a bare minimum to try to reaccomodate the patients who have been waiting months to find a solution to breath better from their nose and then you would end up talking with rude staff members like Mona. Unbelievable.
