Worst customer service over the phone EVER! I’ve been neglected as a patient and because I’m a young male I can’t receive medication. My spine was broken and Dr.Pannu did my surgery on my spine. When I was released from the hospital with a major surgery done I was released and discharged without ANY medication not even Tylenol or ibuprofen. I’ve complained about pain over and over I can hardly walk. Appointments are pushed back without notice. I have been recovering at home for over a year without help or therapy due to malpractice negligence. I recommended finding a better option than these guys don’t believe the hype.

I called in June and was told I had to wait till today August 8 2022 to see him due to my MRI showing a severe issue. Well they call today and cancel my appointment. So now he can't see me until the end of September.. It's nice to know that all together it will be over 3 months of not being able to live a normal life..

When other surgeons wouldn't help me, he saw me quickly and scheduled my surgery quickly and I recovered quickly!

Would not recommend this Dr to anyone I know. He has no time to sit and talk to you never sits. Then after waiting 2 mts for an appointment the office calls and cancels and you wait another 6-8weeks. Never go there I'm done.

The absolute worst Dr I've ever seen. Don't waste your time by making an appointment. Look somewhere else.

Dr.Pannu, what can I say, he is the best Neurosurgeon for me. I have advanced Degenerative Disc Disease, I've had multiple surgeries on my spine, and had to have a Spinal Fusion in 2018, and now in 2021/2022, have to have a Cervical Fusion as I have multiple ruptures in my neck that are pushing against my Spinal Cord. The pain is excruciating, and we are having to reschedule my surgery multiple times because of Covid and the hospital not having any beds. I have complete trust in Dr. Pannu, and his surgical capabilities, to take care of not only my Spine, but my mind as well. Thank you so much Dr. Pannu, for all you do for me, and all you do for my children, and easing their minds.

So many questions went unanswered. I waited over 9 months to see this Dr. I've been in severe pain since Oct 2020. I had high hopes for this Dr. But once again I found no help with him The visit was rushed and my questions went unanswered. Nine months of waiting for a 10 minute visit. His nurse gave me a referral to pain management Highly disappointed
