Richard M. Singer's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Richard Singer is a perfect example of what a real doctor is. He is such an impeccable man who deeply cares about each and every patient that walks into his doors. His staff and him are great! They treat you like family and always welcome you with a greeting smile on their face. I’m beyond glad to be in an environment like that. Dr. Singer and his staff are all truly a class act and have so much elegance and professionalism. I would recommend anyone that has an issue with their hand to come in and see Dr. Singer for themselves and you will understand where I’m coming from. For my 54 years of life I have never seen a doctor that shows sympathy towards their patients and actually wants to see them heal. He explains everything in depth and also gives you articles he has written about the surgeries he will perform on you. He answers all your questions and concerns to make you feel comfortable with the process. I have never seen a doctor with such a good heart, truly. If I’m in a different state or on another side of the world I will make sure to get myself onto a plane to only see Dr. Singer himself. He treats you like you’re his blood and makes you feel safe with whatever procedure you will need to get done. I was so pleased to be able to be his patient once again for the second time. With every visit I grew even more fond of him. He is a pillar to the community and makes me feel so welcomed and understood. I will refer him to everyone I know, he is a talented passionate doctor without a doubt. You can actually tell how greatly he loves his patients and wants them to recover. He actually calls back to check on their patients after their procedures just to see how they’re doing. Definitely makes you feel like you can rely on him and really fully trust him. I have never met someone more kind or professional, he truly makes an impact on patients lives and makes them feel important and attended to. His heart is most certainly in the right place. He works one on one hand in hand with his patients and never leaves them hanging. You’ll truly experience an unforgettable experience with him he’s an absolute blessing in disguise as a surgeon and a phenomenal doctor. He’s immensely skilled and focused and has the ability to make all his patients comfortable even at their worst. Not once have I ever felt like he didn’t provide me with the absolute most sufficient and efficient support system I’m superbly happy to have chosen this office as a whole to work with me. I’m entirely grateful to him and his whole office, they are such sweet welcoming people. He’s very accessible and knowledgeable, you can easily identify his empathy for his patients by spending a single moment with him. I have a ton of gratitude for him and was pleased to have the opportunity to get to know him. If anyone is looking for a desirable physician and surgeon who has attentiveness and consideration for his patients do not hesitate to be seen by him, you truly will not regret it. Dr. Singer is very caring, and answered all my questions as well, he therally explains your situation very well, and puts you at ease, i walked out feeling really comfortable.

I have a broken hand work at phone company so I need my right hand to type with Dr Samuel said I can type with left hand this crazy

Dr Singer is very professional took care of my broken pinky all the way through PT and beyond. The girls in the back are friendly and helpful. The girls at the front desk could use some work. Overall no complaints.

No one answers the phone

Dr. Singer is a very professional doctor. He knows what he’s doing. I feel very comfortable with him and I trust his knowledge and experience. However the staff at this facility is extremely rude. For a center like this I’m very shocked at how rude the staff is especially the people who answer the phone. I’m not one to posts reviews often but every time I have called this place someone was rude to me and I would call several times to be get answered. They say someone would call you back and no one really does I have to keep calling to get a hold of anyone to address me. They need nicer people to answer the phone.

Dr. Singer performed fusion surgery on a wrist injury I had that another Dr. had operated on and screwed up royally! Dr. Singer stated on the first visit that he knew what was wrong and could fix it and I would no longer need the 4-5 cortisone injections a year that the other Dr. was doing (and this is after he operated on it). Yes the office appts. can be a long wait on occasion but once you get to see him, he spends all the time in the world with you until you are satisfied and understand what is happening. It’s been two years since my surgery and I am pain-free and can’t thank him enough. He is a true gentleman and consummate professional and well worth the wait. I almost wish for another break just so I can meet him again(but not really)!

Dr. Singer is the best!! I have a lot of pain in both my wrist for over a year now, and went to a different Doctor, and he did the EMG test and it came back negative for carpal tunnel, so the dr. says to me what do you want me to do? Mind you I’m the patient. Well needless to say I found wonderful Dr. Singer, he was patient with me, and understood how much pain I was in. He sent me for another EMG, it came out negative, so we tried cortisone shots nothing was working, so he sent me for ultrasound on both hands and low and behold it showed I have carpal tunnel in both hands. Dr.Singer said that they are starting to find that it doesn’t always show up in the EMG test. I go for surgery on November 12 on my left hand, I will keep you updated on my progress. Thank you so much Dr. Singer!!!
