I can’t say enough about Dr. Scott Samona. I would recommend him for hand surgery both hands down. He has the best bed side manners, he is very prompt with your office visits and his staff is remarkable as well. I did my research before choosing me the surgeon to make my hands feel better and I wouldn’t change a smidge of my decision. Two thumbs up for Dr. Scott Samona!!!! =)

I saw him at Livonia location. He was in a big rush and did not allow me time to ask additional questions. He spoke too fast and had the audacity to ask if what he said made sense. I have a very good reason for being mentally triggered by the prospect of surgery given something that happened to me in the past; therefore, I wanted the opportunity to disclose that. Unfortunately, his driving of the conversation at break neck speed didn't allow me to do that. When I didn't have an opportunity to ask away, I knew immediately he would not be my surgeon. I didn't feel safe.

Had 3 surgeries with this specialist and nothing but positive results. Scars on my hand are hidden in a since. You can't tell I had hand surgery. Such a compassionate doctor that is genuine and cares. I highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Samona online searching for a hand surgeon, and let me tell you I am VERY happy I found him. He made everything easy to understand and made sure I knew what my problem was and how we could fix it. I feel 20 years younger with how good my hands are now. See Dr. Samona, you won’t regret it!
