Tried to make an pay for my Mom. Receptionist was very rude. Office manager came on and said they had no appointments. They are very disrespectful

Cataracts both eyes replaced over two months. Pre and post surgery visits were on time and organized. Placement of toric lens is flawless. I am amazed by the sight ihad lost. Very pleased with new vision andno more glasses to clean.

Dr. Yu is a great doctor! I have been seeing him for 20 yrs or so and would gladly recommend him to anyone!

His staff is unbelievably rude. Don't seem to have good training. Can't answer questions. And don't bother to find out or ask someone who can answer the question . Wait times are Beyond ridiculous. Dr. may be good but getting through the process in his office is not worth it there are too many other good providers around

i was a patient of Dr. Yu , i love his work and him for many years ... however the people front desk are arrogant and rude. i have 2 dead in the family within 6 month, and i miss my appointment ... never before i had miss any appointment . they wanted me to pay 40 dollars for miss appointment ..... never ask why the i miss it ..... so now i don’t see him.

Office staff : kind, considerate, efficient Technicians: efficient accurate informative Physician : detail oriented, caring, considerate, knowledgeable, responsive. Have been a patient for 10 yrs This is first review that I have written about any physician as there is simply not enough hours in the day; and after reading others comments can understand the comments both plus and minus. All positives totally make up for the busy schedule and limited delay in being seen. When you see a patient and something is uncovered you can not just terminate the visit and leave the room. Those people who have negative responses should re evaluate their complaints. He is a great opthamologist and a caring Physician. We are lucky to have him in the area along with the other fine opthamologists . Finally ; does it matter if he colors his hair—- really! Who cares ( if he does).

I have been seeing Dr Yu for many years. He has always been upfront, compassionate, informative and reassuring. His staff has always helped me pick just the right glasses for my face and personality. Even though I have moved hours away, I continue to go back to him. Thank you.
