I am absolutely disgusted how Ford is dealing with the clutch problems on the Focus. I hope anyone that is interested in buying a Ford sees this and rethinks their decision.This is my third one... first two were broken a well. I have had multiple issues including pinched seals on the transmission that resulted in oil leaking onto the clutch an issue that caused Ford to pay for a bunch of upgrades on my second one that had the same issue because my car was taken back with 200 miles on it my heat not working on a 4 month old car and West Herr of Hamburg telling me it was heating to Ford standards... even though it took AN HOUR to heat up and come to find out the foam that covers the pipes leading to the vents was NOT EVEN ON THE PIPES which is why my car was only blowing lukewarm air my car randomly getting a Service Transmission Immediately warning in the middle of an intersection lug nuts that swelled and YOUR solution was putting new ones on without a cap that rusted in 2 months so now my 2 year old car has rust on the rims and I am sure I am forgetting pother various problems I have facedAlong with all of the issues I have had I am paying every month for a car I do not feel safe driving The lag is so very long and I am scared I am going to get hit pulling onto main roads because my car cannot accelerate. But Ford seems to think that it is no big deal that I do not feel safe driving my car because they have had millions of cars with this issue and replacing the clutch will resolve that.... but it can be a 6 week wait for the new clutch.If you are looking for a new car... I HOPE YOU SEE THIS. My car that I bought brand new has had so many issues that my friends and family are not even surprised anymore when I say there is something else wrong. I guess thats why people say Ford stands for fix or repair daily SO FITTING
