Advantage Living Center Northwest's Online Review Report Card

Ghetto place full of ignorant, rude, and narrow minded staff staff. Supervisors will blame the new employees for stuff that the pervious staff had done. God forbid if you get into a disagreement with a staff member who been there longer than you. The supervisor will always listen to them and choose their side even what they did was wrong. Don't work here, seriously. Especially you not ghetto like any of these people here. They will sense that and bully you for it. This place barely have the important bare necessities to even take care of the residents. Barely have towels wash. House keeping always do stuff half way and let trash can over fill.

My sister and I recently sent our mom here and it is a very nice place! The admissions director was very helpful with providing us the necessary steps to take as well as the business office admin. All of the staff are nice, helpful, the place is very clean! So glad I found this place

The place looks very nice on the outside and in the lobby. It was the worst until I had a viewed inside. I made the mistake of sending my son there, where many falls and neglect happen After an inside visit I can't forgive myself.. The State made them fix it up.I am still grieving over my son's death that help to cause it

Friendly staff who genuinely cares about the residents

The staff here is very loving and caring and loves the residents treats us with care the food isn't that good but they're getting better with the food choices.

This is a picture of my father's bed, If this place is as great as all those reviews are stating, it just maybe a lie.The staff broke his earring aid, took his tv out at night and broke then blamed him.The management team is horrible

Came here to visit my cousin. Never noticed this building in all the years I've visited over this way. The area is not welcoming however the building looks as if it is secure. Entering the facility felt like entering a jail on visiting day(I worked in a county jail). The building and mechanisms are old and outdated. The elevator made me feel uneasy and the walls are painted a dreary prison gray. Honestly it feels depressing. The residence seems clean until you get hit in the face with a strong odor of urine on ther 2nd floor. My cousin is being treated decent and he is given his meds so despite the gloomy feeling atmosphere, he is getting the care he needs. I always wonder how the pictures of places like this look immaculate on their website but different in person. I was asked not to take pictures.

I would like to thank the staff at Advantage Living Center, Northwest for showing great concern and love for my relative. You all were very knowledgeable about the medical attention that is needed to care for your patience. The facility was clean and nicely kept.Again thank you and continue to do great works.

The Advantage Living of Northwest is a hidden gem. Its very clean and the staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is a nightmare. The elevators are down a lot. They don't take care of your loves ones neglect and abuse. My father was physically abused. Hospital twice needing diaylis when sent to Sinai Grace. The great reviews are a joke. Beware
