Receptionist esp Chanise is very rude , they don’t return Your call to make appoinment and won’t refill meds without seeing the Dr. need to address unprofessional customer care representative ( receptionist)

Dr. Adhikari has no repsect for her patients She is for the medical insurance companies - not for you. She changed our son's perscriptions and made it so now we have to BUY what insurance was already paying for. She underperscribed test strips for his diabitites..this doctor in training did not even do an exame on our son when we saw her - we only saw her once she was very unprofessional, she did not give our son his normal exam, and in ONE VISIT TO HER disreguarded what we his parents said and went against what the hosipital taught us from the begining about testing our sons diabities, they told us 8-10 times day she told us we should only be testing him 5 time a day..which is WAY UNDER the normal for a three year old..this doctor has no repect for the patient and is only out to benifit the insurance company. She supports HUMANA ( A horrible insurace company) to give you and example. DO NOT RECOMEND HER at all.
