He use to be the number one pediatrician around and we had no worries. Now, his staff is absurdly rude, unprofessional, never timely and will sit and bicker in front of patients and parents without a second thought. Not to mention you can't understand a word the receptionist says on the phone, mumbling and speaking much too quickly. Wish the practice didn't go down hill like this.

Canton Center Pediatrics is a great family doctor office. The staff is patient and kind. Dr. Malik is excellent with children. He listens, is thorough and explains everything well.

He is the best doctor in terms of dealing with a situation, so when your child is sick. But, it's not a good doctor to help you manage with your kid in terms of prevention, natural cures or basically giving you any advice on how to grow up your child. That's why I gave that rating. And, you can feel that you're rush through your appointment.
