I loved this place! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! For a first time visitor it was a little challenging to figure out where we needed to go once we parked, but I have no complaints at all about the people or the appointment experience ❤️

Very disappointed with this office. We scheduled an appointment to see the doctor and when my wife arrived with our son (we were so eager to have this appointment) and our two your old boy the office informed my wife that the appointment needed to be canceled and rescheduled for 3 weeks out because additional children were not allowed to be present during the appointment. Unfortunately, no one from the office notified us of this policy (otherwise we would have easily made arrangements) and we drove over 30 miles one way for the appointment that we were so eager to have. Very discouraged and disappointed.

Very disappointed when my wife arrived with our son and 2 year old only to be told that we were not allowed to have an additional child at the appointment. They cancelled the appointment that we were eager to have and made us reschedule for 3 weeks later. No one from the office communicated or notified us of this policy prior to our appointment and we had to drive over 30 miles one way for our visit.

Hands down the best pediatric neurologist! You will NOT do any better than Dr. Ruprecht. She is very thorough and has an excellent beside manner! THE BEST ALL AROUND!!!
