My first time seeing this doctor was today for a prenatal visit. I saw her at the Martin Luther king jr. Location. My appointment was at 1:45p I was there in time and didnt get seen until 3pm!! But wait.... as I was waiting I heat her saying oh tell me her name again.. she opens the door and and call me to the back.. as I was walking to the back she turns and tells me I didnt even know you were here! I waited for a hour because she didnt know I was here! The receptionist said she checked me in.. so when I get to the back she asks me how can I help you, what are you here for?? I looked at her as if she was out of her mind, like ma'am I'm here to see you for my prenatal visit, what do you mean what do I want? Smh.. she then proceed to say oh sorry I didnt look at you chart yet! She then proceed to babble on and on about her and where she works and how she has some one waiting on her right now at hutzel Hospital that's in labor as we speak! Smh.. she was very unorganized

Dr. Williams is nice and seems to be genuine. I had been seeing her for about 3 months and every visit I waited in her waiting room for 1.5-2 hrs.When taken back it would take another 1-1.5 hrs for her to complete the simple prenatal visit because she is constantly in & out. I switched ob for this reason. Now I can’t get them to fax my chart to my new ob. My new ob &I have literally been asking for 2 months with nothing. Very unprofessional and sad being as this office is ran by black women. Smh

The absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. Very unprofessional inside the office as well as with the staff. I’ve requested medical records more times that I can count and have yet to receive them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT see this doctor.

She was very late. She is unprofessional. And the office was dirty. Flithy!!! And when it was time to pay my co pay they wants to swipe my card on a cell phone. Never again.

My experience has been wonderful first pregnancy and de Williams is always friendly and prompt.. The only reason not five stars is because new office staff not very good with listening or reading Doctor notes and has messed up last two scheduled appointment but that didn't faze dr Williams she saw my anyways that day:)

I thought things were off when I walked in the door. Small, outdated, hole in the wall office. I'm not even sure the people working in her office are real nurses. I called to get a refill on a prescription several times and she refuses to return my calls or to fill the prescription. Also will not return the pharmacy's calls.

I feel that Dr. Williams is one Of the best... Plus she delivered my first child. She makes u feel at home (so comfortable). I recommend her to everyone i kno... Shes the best
