Doctors are good but front office is the most unprofessional front desk i have ever seen, only can make appointments one day a month and never answer the phone. Go on hold for an hour and a half and they will go to lunch for another hour before they answer. Disgusting

I like the medical dept. But the dental side is awful! Everytime I call for an appt. I'm on hold forever🤨. No one ever calls you back either, very frustrating.

Referred by a family member and far from home.I was really apprehensive at first but decided to try. biggest biggest biggest mistake I've ever made. I repeatedly stressed that I experienced a lot of trauma and pain in the past. Sadly for me they have managed to do more harm than good. I only had 1.5 of a visit cause I left midway of my appointment. Absolutely awful etiquette and lackadaisical attitude for my preferences and concerns.If I paid attention to my inner self this could have all been avoided and I am so mad at myself.

I've been trying to get a dental appointment since June of last year. One girl promised to call me back, but never did. They have been very unprofessional. Treat others the way you would like to be treated!

It would be nice if they actually answered the phone 🙄 Every time I call, I’m on hold for 30 minutes, and there’s not even an option to leave a voicemail.

They are in a great location and serve the community with or without insurance. They have experienced and caring doctors. Friendly staff and are a church partner so I love the christian aspect. The only negative thing is the wait is a bit long
