Very nice place

The service is excellent! Andrea is so kind and professional. She calls me to give reminder of my appointments and will try to find an appointment with doctors of my preference. The dental assistants welcome me with a pleasant greeting and assist me with getting seated comfortably to prepare to see the dentist. All of the dentists that have render my care are very sensitive to needs/questions and treat me with respect. Upon my arrival the security person greets me, and follow COVID protocols. The office is very clean and the entire staff polite and professional as I walk to the area I will be seem in! I definitely recommend Covenant Community Care as a GREAT PLACE FOR DENTAL CARE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS STAFF LIKE THEIR JOBS AND IT SHOWS! Thank you to THE ENTIRE STAFF FOR EXCELLENT CARE AND RESPECT!

This place is terrible, they use government funds and donations to “help” lower income families in the community but they do things like hang up on people, lose your paperwork and medical history requests, keep you on the line for a very long time ALL THE TIME, and they’ll even make up that they scheduled you an appointment when they actually didn’t. It’s like they don’t actually care about the people they service even though they call themselves a “faith based organization”.

Me parecen que el servicio que prestan haciendo citas por teléfono es tétrico, una cita deben de hacerla en físico para que el doctor(a) vea en qué estado está el paciente determinar si necesita exámenes un cuadro hematico etc. es mi punto de vista por lo contrario la clínica funciona bien.

No lo recomiendo nunca he sido visto un personal dental no se como trabajan pero en servicio de recepcion horible nunca contesta la llamada y si contestan la espera muy larga si exajerar sobre 30 minutos en espera

Shouldn’t be on hold for an hour, It shouldn’t take more than two months to schedule something. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Despite me asking how much it would cost and them assuring me it would only be 20 dollars, nothing more, they both billed me twice and I got a letter from another company charging me hundreds of dollars. When I called them, they had me call another number then said they'd call me back, then they just wouldn't. Today, I'm looking at a 800+ dollar bill for bloodwork but it's worded in the most convoluted way. If Laura A Pfeifer had been honest and told me that it was going to cost more, I would have simply declined, but I got hit with hidden bills and they refused to communicate.They also refused to refill any prescriptions over the phone, saying that I'd have to come in if I wanted to do that.The store itself is "Jesus jesus jesus" and I would've actually had my issues taken care of faster if I never went here. Do not come here if you're low on finances. You will pay more than they say you will and they will string you along.

Twenty five minutes on hold and then the call got dropped. What a "service".

You Can Show Up To Your Appointment Early At The Clinic And Still Be Waiting Over an Hour Just To Get Called To The Back . Smh !

I liked that all the paperwork for new patients is done via email links. It made the dental appointment process seem less confusing with easy walk in and walk out process. All together my dental work seems to be done with great quality. It does seem as if it's a busy dental office because appointments aren't always easily available.
