I thank God for the nurses, staff, and doctors at this hospital. In 2009, my mom had an ectopic pregnancy, and God used y’all to save her life. She told me to pray for the babies in the icu, for the nurses, and doctors here out of nowhere, I never heard this story before. I searched this hospital, and I know how much hate y’all experience, to anybody who is following Christ in this hospital, don’t be discouraged there’s so much hate, but love always wins. I thank God, you’re important, and God loves you and sees everything you’re going thru, continue to trust in Him. He’s never going to fail or disappoint you.
Thank you for your immediate responses and caring staff
If I could rate this hospital 0 stars i will be that. Hospital staff are very much rude, the hospital staff are very much liar, a nurse told recently i was there back in 2020, i was there to be treating for COPD and that i just had a baby! I found it very very strange because i do routine regular check up at my physician, nobody diagnosed me with COPD and i do not have no children let alone was pregnant! So what raise a concern with me by me having a degree and certified in medical billing and coding are they falsifying ICD-10 codes on insurance claims to get as much money as possible of a patient "diagnosed". I WOULD NOT recommend this hospital to nobody i do not care if you was on your dying bed they would try and take you out before they try to help you get better! This hospital needs to be closed down!!!!!
Love to call you right before your appointment and tell you that if you don't have a second referral they will refuse to see you, they will also cancel your appointments if they feel like it, you are expendable to these wannabe professionals. DMC only cares about money not people.
Estuve allí el lunes 01 de enero del presente año. Con vómitos y malestar estomacal. Soy VENEZOLANA. No hablo Inglés y me dieron muy bien trato. Y excelente atención médica.
I spent a month at this hospital and had a really great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the food was really tasty, the rehabilitation center was large, clean and the trainers did a great job, they helped me to walk again. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
I have a Korean friend that has been in DMC Receiving Hospital since August 24, 2023 to Present. She lost her husband July 23, 3023 and has no family in the states. DMC along with Joan Burch are trying to give her to the state (Nursing Home). I am her friend and neighbor of 20years and was going to see her, and I was blocked from doing so since September 2023 for no reason. They are punishing her and have her crocheting since being hostage to keep her busy. I have been trying to get her out and justice for what she is going through as a senior. I provided the NP she has with a Durable Power of Attorney over Health Care which was ignored and her file was tampered and without the patients consent and knowledge. I filed for guardianship over her, which she doesnt need. NP Erin Hamel (Cardiologist) deemed her legally Incapacitated, to get her approved to go to a nursing home and prescribed meds she does not need to get her ready to be mentally disabled. There is so much to this story that needs to be exposed. The public and people of the law need to know what is still going on and hold these type of facilities accounted for and even shut down. I read the story you did on the same situation in June 9, 2021. The laws passed was a waste because this problem is still happening within the medical facilities. The seniors are being held hostage with no crime attached but their age and money. PLEASE HELP!!!!
Worst hospital experience I've ever had. Ended up with a spinal leak after surgery there they refused to fix. I went in with a broken leg, they took me back to the OR that night got me prepped for surgery, only to cancel it and make me wait more than 24 hours for surgery, by which time I had developed compartment syndrome. The night before my surgery, the nurse refused to give me my pain meds on time, and told me to "stop crying" and shut my door without any help, leaving me handling compartment syndrome with very little medication to help. They placed me into a room with a roommate who threatened to come over and break my leg more if I didn't "stay quiet" and didn't move me or her until the next day. When I tried calling the front desk for a patient advocate, they lied and said there was none, but when I asked my surgeon, he said there is. Despite a few of the nurses being nice, I'd recommend staying far away from this place.
Excellent customer service and many lives sre saved.and everyone is tteated equally.I am am R.N whom worked worked there in the past.I rate the hospital 5
I'm sitting in the lobby at Receiving neurology now had a 3pm appointment it's 4:12 I got here at 2:45pm. This is ridiculous. All the receptionist closed the metal shutters and left with their coats and bookbags. This location needs to do better. I had a appointment set in November they let me get al the way here hust to tell me that my appointment then was canceled. SMH!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
